Beautiful 3rd floor 2BR/2BA with gulf view from living room, spacious lanai, master BR and kitchen. Sleeps 6 king, 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa and 2 rocker/swivel recliners. Master BR is private suite with full bath. 4 HD TVs with DVD players (1 Blu-Ray), CD stereo with iPod dock and free Wi-Fi. Very near elevator access and easy parking. Unit is beautifully appointed with Florida tropical furnishings and decor throughout AND is fully stocked and equipped! Both full baths feature grab bars and seated showers. It was a beautiful proper property very well maintained had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking this place again. The only downfall was the construction on the property, but that’s OK. We enjoyed ourselves every day.

Great Time in Sanibel

Sanibel perfection

Excellent condo. Beach was spectacular and shelling unparalleled. Property grounds still recovering from 3 hurricanes, so not very pretty, but that was expected. Interior of condo was perfect.

Perfect little getaway!

The condo was perfect and comfortable for all 3 of us!! Just a short walk to the beach. The condo was decorated so beautiful! *Remember to bring bug spray with deet! No see-ums and sand flea’s could make your trip miserable!

Great stay

The property was clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. All of the towels and bedding were great. The walk to the beach was less then 4 minutes. We will bring our grand children next time!

Beautiful condo

We stayed for 3 nights and this Condo was immaculate. Everything is maintained really well, and was as advertised. It was close to the beach and the property grounds were also kept and maintained beautifully. Our only criticism was the walls are thin and the people renting above us sounded like they had 30 people staying there… very noisy and they were smoking on the lanai. Also could use more pillows for each bed, only 1 per person was provided which was frustrating. But we loved the condo and the beach, we would definitely stay again!

Great, clean location.

We did not rent a car, but Uber from the airport. With the bikes on the property, we were traveling faster than the traffic at times, and got everywhere we needed to go. The layout of our unit was perfect. My husband and I stayed with my parents and our 2 teen kids and all were comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size.

3rd floor with partial view of ocean. Furnished with comfortable furniture including two recliners, and great beds. Lots of beach chairs and toys included. Very close to shopping and restaurants!

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

The condo was beautiful. It's obvious that it's newly renovated. It has everything you need in the kitchen including a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, a blender, plastic containers for leftovers and every utensil under the sun. Heads up though, there are no condiments such as salt and pepper and no coffee filters. There's plenty of room in the condo for a family of four and loads of seating on the screened porch. It's a quick walk to the beach making it easy to go back and forth. The beach is beautiful with loads of shells. The pool was quiet and convenient. The closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella and everything needed for the beach was super handy. The complex was small and not crowded. This was one of the nicest condos we've stayed in. Side note, be sure to check out Pinocchio's for ice cream and Timbers was our favorite restaurant.

Very Nice!

Unit is very nice, clean and has everything needed for a pleasant vacation. Chairs, umbrella and a few toys are available in an outside closet for enjoying at the beach. Had one issue with which the unit owner contacted us directly and resolved quickly and professionally. When we come to Sanibel again, we will be sure to check if this unit is available!

Cute and quiet beach access condo

We had a wonderful stay in Sanibel at this condo. The highlights were: * The proximity to the beach - just walk home for lunch, don't even bother with prep. * The private pool - very nice compliment to the more public beach area. * The unit itself - well furnished and felt like home at the beach, not a "beach home". Would love to stay again.

Totally Pleased!

This unit was so nice and met all of our expectations. The beds were comfortable, as was the sleeper sofa. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When the ice maker didn’t make any ice , they brought us one right away. There was a closet with lots of beach chairs, sand toys and an umbrella. The only thing that could have made it better is a beach view, but we were just a few steps away. I would definitely return.

Great place. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Very cfortable and clean condo with a little gulf view from above the tree tops. Updated kitchens and baths. The property is very well maintained. Beach is a 2 minute walk. For such a large number of units, it does not feel at all crowded with the no vacancy sign on! We’ll be back. :-)

Beautiful oceanview/beachfront condo

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beachfront access was simple and the shell selection here was as good as anywhere else on the island. The staff were friendly and helpful. My family had a wonderful,relaxing holiday here.

Overall, the location and condo were perfect and beautiful. Plenty of space for 4 people to stay and not feel on top of each other. Very clean and nicely furnished. Both Robyn and the staff in the front office were very helpful. Only thing I wish I had known (or would have been different) is that there are no basic kitchen condiments (i.e. oil for the frying pans, ketchup, sugar, etc.). For a short stay it didn't make sense to go purchase a lot of groceries so we cooked less in the condo then planned, but that was a very small thing especially given the many fabulous restaurants around the island. Overall, a great place and would definitely stay again!
