"This is only a small property (good) the management do all they can to help in any way.
All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality.
The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets.
There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is."

"We had just landed after a long flight and were welcomed by the hostess who offered us lovely cold tea. A very relaxing check-in. The room was fine and so was the bathroom.
However, there was no breakfast as is shown on the photos for this hotel. We had to go out for breakfast which was not a success."

Vi bodde på hotellet i fire netter og hadde et fint opphold. De ansatte var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme – de tok seg tid til å svare på spørsmål og finne informasjon vi trengte, noe vi satte stor pris på.

"The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. There is a common waiting area at level 2. They provide a hot/cold water dispenser and a dining table so that you can eat there. The staff are helpful. It's a worth staying here with affordable price. Definitely will repeat staying here if i plan to come here again."

"Staffs were really helpful and friendly during our stay. Towel, shampoo, bath gel, hairdryer, shower cap, cotton buds, and some beverage packs are provided in the hotel room. No water heater is available in the room but the hot and cold water filter is available on the 3rd floor with paper cups provided to make your beverages. "I was frustrated at first when I arrived for checked-in. At first as I booked for 2 persons, but was given 1 single bed instead. The booking was wrong due to failure from Expedia app itself. The receptionist was good in explaining the faulties and thankfully there's vacant bed for my friend to stay.
Overall, the cleanliness and environment in the room and hostel were superb! No bed bugs, super comfy. The location itself is a short walking distance from Haadyai Train Station and Lee Garden...
