"Great place and so close to the sand dunes! I will def be back here! The rooms have little sitting areas outside which I loved ! There’s hummingbird feeders and little hummingbirds flying all around! We got there later after the restaurant nearby had closed, but the hotel has frozen pizza you can buy and cook there so we did that! The lady in the office was very nice and friendly and when she heard we were leaving super early she gave us some things for breakfast, I wanted to give them a 5. But...

"Excellent breakfast to include hot items. Breakfast staff provided great customer service. Patio is a beautiful calm place to enjoy a meal. Chips and salsa and cookies available all day until 7pm. The grounds were very well maintained and the room was large. Balcony was lovely and very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Draw backs were water that was warm but not hot and room temperatures that varied greatly. Buy we would stay here again."

"Rustic style room was very nice and clean. Refrig had a freezer compartment for ice packs. Kerig type coffee maker, great. Only bad thing was that the bathroom was a bit small."

Mike the host is owner operator and a fantastic guy!! Huge sunken family room... dining room for breakfast. Coffee. Full kitchen in room. View is outstanding. Wildlife is abundant!!"

"We had a lovely stay. it was clean and nice. However, there were a lot of dogs. They barked and we could hear them in our room. A dog barked from 3 pm to 7 pm we asked the reception what was going on. She wanted to call the owners we don't understand that there is no rule that dogs cannot be left alone in the rooms. In the evening we were at the reception and relaxed when a huge German shepherd comes in. without a leash and without an owner. it ran around. our daughter was terrified. the lady...
