Welcome to Soleuvre, in the municipality of Sanem. Located on the first floor, above our Italian restaurant, Gîte Stella Rosa is an entire and private apartment, with an independent entrance and a self-arrival. No indoor space is shared with other travellers.

The accommodation has a single bedroom and two sleeping areas. It is suitable for a stay as a couple, with family or friends, to discover Luxembourg, meet up with loved ones or attend a concert at the Rockhal.

• Televisions in the living room and bedroom, with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Canal+ boxes.
• Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, crockery and utensils.
• Nespresso Original coffee maker and kettle; Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar available.
• Bed linen and towels provided.
• Free washer dryer in the apartment: a single appliance provides washing and drying.

The accommodation does not have a desk or dedicated workspace.

Enjoy the Stella Rosa Italian restaurant for a meal on site or a take-out order to be picked up directly from the restaurant. A convenient way to enjoy Italian cuisine during your stay! Meals are to be paid separately from the accommodation. There is no delivery or order pick-up in the apartment.

SELF-ARRIVAL AND ESCORT

The entrance to the gîte is independent, to the left of the restaurant entrance when you face the building. The apartment is on the first floor.

Instructions and codes for your stay are sent to you before your arrival. An AI co-host is available on WhatsApp 24 hours a day to answer practical questions; contact information is provided for your stay.

Arrival from 3 pm. Departure no later than 11 a.m.

PARKING AND ELECTRIC CHARGING

Free private parking is available in front of the restaurant, depending on availability. Free public parking is also located at the nearby National Boulodrome, at the top of the street.PGJyPg
GPS marker of the building: Boulodrome national, 184 Chemin Rouge, L-4480 Belvaux. The parking lot is adjacent to the building; follow the signs on site.

Two public charging points of 22 kW each are available in this parking lot, subject to availability and at the operator's rates. They are not reserved for the gîte. Free parking does not mean that charging is free.

Charging at the restaurant can only be possible on prior request and subject to availability: contact us before your stay to agree.

• Despite The restaurant activity can be noticeable during service hours, especially in the evenings.
• The apartment is completely non-smoking.
• A travel cot is available. When the sofa bed in the room is open, there is not enough room in this room to deploy the cot. For a stay for 6 travellers with an extra baby, contact us before booking to check the configuration.
