"Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, streaming on the TV, cute updates and comfortable beds. Our door lock was busted Parking was a free for all and angled which made it harder for several of our neighbors. Parking spots could be bigger keeping in mind family vehicles by the family rooms and maybe numbered??"

"Great welcome from a really wonderful staff. We loved our room. It was large, comfy, and clean. Great view of Lake Erie at the Jackson street pier. Some nice in early evening from outside the hotel, not surprising given the location, but we still felt comfortable. Thus our go to hotel when in the area. Highly recommended."
"Rooms very humid and moist, all our clothes were so moist after a two day stay. Pool was unbearable to stay at if you were not in the water. So many damages in ceiling from moist. Funny it’s called quality inn. "
"This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing!
