"I really enjoyed my stay here. Was just looking for the basics on a budget and wasn't disappointed. It was clean and wifi worked great. Only used one bedroom, but both had large beds. The host was always available and super attentive to anything I needed. I would definitely come back."

"The location is awesome. It’s near what we found to be the best stretch of beach around the area. It’s located a short 10 minute drive to the city. The place was SUPER clean and well stocked with the things you’d need to spend a week or more at the beach. They have all the appliances you’d need (bring a grinder if you like to grind coffee beans). New appliances. Beds were okay. The grounds of the place were a little strange. "Great security, security guards very friendly, enclosed yard for dog, clean, great ice cold air conditioning. Showers outside to wash off. Cooked on the barbecue grill. Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts."

"Tom's place was nice. The rooftop is a neat feature for the expansive view and quiet. Of course it was a bit windy so we didn't spend a ton of time up there. The "pool" is about the size of a hottub for reference. We ended up not using it as the bay was in high tide and we spent a lot of time in the bay."

"This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!"

"The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks."
