"Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out...

All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. "Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...

"The property is nicely located for visiting surrounding hiking trails and points of interest .We visited some great local restaurants and shops and went on The Cog Railway, which was wonderful! The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the hot tub was a big hit! There were thoughtful little surprises waiting for us, and Abbey and her team were quick to answer any questions before and during the trip. Thanks so much for everything!"
