"The staff! We drove from Phoenix, arriving at 10am- check OUT time, not check IN time. We expected to wait until 4pm. Front desk confirmed same. But, they called us at 10:30am- our room was ready! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Small things- an electric kettle in the room, and two ceramic mugs, as well as a selection of teas. A snow brush for brushing the snow off. Directions to a number of places, and how to use the bus system. "

"I was there for a nearby conference, but it was a fantastic place for families. They went all out with Halloween decorations—very festive. They also had a great kids room, pool and arcade/game room. The property is a little older, but very clean and comfortable with a fireplace, spacious private balcony, kitchen, and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
