New Horizon
New Horizon is a second floor, modern 3-bedroom apartment, recently built in the popular seaside town of Sandown, set back from the cliff edge.
With communal gardens, this simple but delightful garden leads to a stunning cliff top path where you can breathe in the seaside air whilst enjoying the views over Sandown, Lake and Shanklin.
New Horizon boasts having two balconies to make the most out the stunning view of the English Channel, they are located in the living area and master bedroom.
With its modern interior and stunning views New Horizon is perfect all year round with underfloor heating to take away the Winter chill away or in the Summer bring the seaside in the lounge by opening the French doors onto your private balcony whilst enduring the Summer sun.
This apartment has 2 master bedrooms, both with super king-size beds and separate en suite wet rooms and the third bedroom housing two single beds, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

LOCATION:
There are plenty of attractions to keep all ages entertained long Sandown seafront. The Pier and glorious Sandown Bay are just a short walk down-hill from the property. Voted one of the island’s best beaches, so why not stretch your legs along the miles of golden sand or swim in the cooling water of the English Channel. The nine mile stretch between Yaverland and Shanklin, with Sandown nestled in the middle, demonstrates the wonders of geology, with red sandstone through to the white chalk of Culver Cliff. On a lucky day, the remains of fossils can also be found! If you crave an active holiday, the bay is hugely popular with water sports and you’ll be sure to see people paddle boarding, surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing or catamaran and dingy sailing; weather dependent.
A short walk towards Yaverland, you will also find the Wild Heart Animal Sanctuary, famous for its big cats. The sanctuary, formerly the Isle of Wight Zoo, gained further recognition due to the owner’s relationship with the naturalist and TV presenter Chris Packman. Additionally, a perfect distraction for the younger guests is Sandham Gardens, which is only minutes’ walk from the esplanade. With karting, sky nets, crazy golf and a dedicated play area on offer there should be plenty to ensure a good night’s sleep at the end of the day!

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £35 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £150 before check-in.
If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
This property offers a double sofa bed, if you would like us to supply linen for its use during your stay, this can be provided at an additional cost of £35, per stay.
Please do make us aware at the time of booking / in advance of your stay if you require this service, so we can arrange to take payment and have the linen made available.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
No Pets are allowed in the Property.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be advised access to this second-floor apartment is via stairs or lift
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
