"The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

"We really enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and even had a little extra heater provided which was a nice touch. Everywhere was clean, the breakfast was delicious and cooked lovely. "We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. "Very nice stay , bedding , towels , etc, white like new nice clean. It is older building but has been refurbished. Kitchen has new units , well equipped oven, microve, toaster, kettle. It is number key entry for main door and flat but easy to use and convenient for whater time you arrive. As a family with small child had a good stay."
