"The place is seriously worn down. Carpets can no longer be cleaned, holes in doors only sparsely padded up. a/c so noisy you would rather just freeze or borrow one of their old-style electric heaters. Etc… Staff, however, are so nice and always do their absolute best to accommodate the situation. Apart from powdered scrambled eggs - yack!!! - breakfast is good and diverse"
