"We had concert tickets at SPAC and this was a great location for us. Ten minute drive to cute downtown area. Zakhar was wonderful! Checked in late and he was very welcoming, made the process easy. He was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Will definitely return."

"We wish there were dishes, utensils and a pan for the nice kitchen which included an induction cooktop and dishwasher along with the refrigerator and microwave. The room was modern and very clean. Lacked a place to set luggage, had to use the bed."

The staff was top notch as well, very nice and helpful! . When we checked out after our stay, we forgot a bag of clothes and the next day they found it and held onto it for me for a few days until I was able to make the almost two hour drive one way back down to grab the bag. Would recommend this hotel to anyone...

"The hotel was lovely. The main lobby was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The were able to check us in a touch early, which we always appreciate. The room was ample and clean. All except one rolled up pair of socks that another guest had left behind....sorry, I wasn't about the touch it to throw it away. In the cleaning staffs defense, it was stashed behind the drapes. "
