Hoteller nær Sandeman Cellars

"I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!"

"Lovely hotel, staff very committed to make your stay an amazing experience"

"Overall was the room perfect, the front desk was perfect, but 2 small things was not what I would call 5 star hotel. Cleaning was not the west, every day was something forgotten and you could se the non of them worked the same way. The breakfast facilities are to small for this hotel, and it is time to rethink the way the service are, why serve coffee and the when they are understaffed any way. Just observations."

Helt fantastisk udsigt over Porto. "

"Really beautifully and thoughtfully designed hotel. Gorgeous views of Porto from Gaia, and walking distance to all the port houses. Getting over to the Porto side was easy via the metro or walking the bridge. The room was a tad small, but the views made up for it. The staff was very kind and helpful also. Would recommend!"

"Great breakfast buffet. Very serviceminded staff. Pool area at rooftop good."

"Central beliggenhed, dog ved siden af byggeplads. Der var roligt og opholdet var afslappende. Der var mange seværdigheder i gåafstand."

"We booked this hotel for 1 night, as our flight got cancelled and moved to the day after. The check-in process was really great and staff was very attentive, but where it really went downhill was afterwards. After a full day in Porto, I was taking a shower and midway through, the hot water ran out. My mom called the reception, and they just said that every room had a 100 liter supply of hot water, and the only thing we could do was to wait for it to warm up again. This was this not told upon...

"There was a scheduled time for kids under 16 in the pool. Just be aware that after a long day in the city the kids cant cool down in the pool and relax."

"Beliggenhed, rengøring og service"

"Spacious and very clean apartment, great location near restaurants, shops and the historic São Bento station. We had a great time."
