"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "

lots of good amenities such as expresso machine and big cubes of ice cubes.

"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

"Nice place to stay very clean and very comfortable bed . We ate there for dinner and breakfast it was fabulous!! My only complaint is the room is very small:( but we overall enjoyed our stay."

"Great property for me and my 9 year old daughter. We came down for a show at Climate Pledge Arena and found everything was either available at the hotel (we loved the water filling station and pineapple cookies in the afternoon) or easily walkable (restaurants, Seattle center with space needle, chihuly, MOPOP nearby). "Considering is a "motel" it was super clean! The rooms smell good! I love they ask for each ID photo, I love they do not allow any stranger to the property. The main gate has lock too so i feel secure even outside looks bad "
