"This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. "Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. "
