"We didn’t know this area and found the house to be in a very convenient area for exploring the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with salt and pepper etc. Although it didn’t bother us this time, some of the flyscreens were damaged or in need of replacement."

"Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 5 people. Peace, quiet (cicada version of quiet!), kangaroo families, fire pit, close to beaches and lake. The solitude of the lakefront was a highlight, just us and the birds and leaping fish. Cabin had everything we needed (just byo linen). Great bush and water experience, highly recommended. "

"Sparkling clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom home with a beautiful outlook to the creek from the expansive covered deck and backyard. We were visited by kangaroos and a variety of birds. The hosts have thought of everything and even provided cooking oil, aluminium foil, honey and Vegemite. It was a little unusual having a second bathroom which was only accessible via the rear deck and we were surprised at the level of road traffic noise during the night given the location. The home is comfortable...

"A beautiful character full house with all the imaginable amenities except for one - no aircon! We stayed at the middle of heat wave when temperatures reached 40 degrees and staying in the house was unbearable. Next day however the temperatures dropped to normal and we enjoyed it once again"
