"Det var gennemført god stil som man også vil forvente det af IC brandet . Resortet var virkelig fint bygget op og det var hyggeligt med de vilde kænguroer på plænerne. Dejlig Lagoon pool bar og gode aktiviteter i anlægget som skak, bordtennis og golf . "

"This Motel didn’t meet our expectations as there was missing a washing machine on site. We therefore had to seek compensation through hotels.com. On the second night the lights went out and were not fixed for almost 24 hours which meant we had to use our phones for showers going to the bathroom and so on. When seeking compensation we only got 10% back which is better than nothing but considering that we lost a whole night we were hopping for more. The room it self had a little bit of black mold...

"Amazing resort,close to the beach,great pool and swim up bar. All staff are super friendly,happy and courteous! Special shout out to Marie for helping us with an issue with our room and for her generosity!! The rooms are probably a bit dated, but we did not spend too much time in our room anyway. The buffet breakfast and dinner were a stand out-high quality and super fresh offerings-highly recommended!"

"The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing...
