House Under the Pines, 900m from the Beach

We welcome you to our residence in an independent Provençal stone cottage under the pines, fully equipped, located between Sanary and Bandol, just 900 m from the beach and Bandol Bay (pedestrian path, 15 minutes). The rental is completely independent from the main Provençal house where the owners live (2,100 m² property), and features a shaded 500 m² garden under the pines, with partial sea views, as well as views of Bendor Island and Bandol port. Built in the Provençal tradition, the cottage shares a wall with the neighboring house but has no direct overlook. No loud or party stays allowed. The property includes: a 500 m² garden under the pines (stairs present), garden tables, sun loungers, and an electric plancha (open flames prohibited). First floor: 45 m² T2 apartment with air conditioning, small terrace with sea glimpse, four beds (one bedroom with wardrobe and 160 cm double bed, a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed in the living room), equipped kitchen (dishwasher for 6, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine). Second floor (independent, accessed from outside): 20 m² bedroom with air conditioning, two beds (one 140 cm bed), kitchenette, shower room with toilet and sink. Sanary is 5 minutes by car. Bandol is 2 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot via the coastal path. Free shuttles available 300 m away on Wednesdays during the season. Please note: there may be some disturbance due to the construction of a nearby villa (work is limited in summer).
