On the sleeping area, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe. The apartment also includes an en-suite bathroom and toilet, as well as a private, secure garage for your vehicle.

Nearby, enjoy a variety of shops, including bakeries, a butcher, a supermarket, a hairdresser, and various restaurants, just a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful beaches are accessible on foot or by bike: Beaucours Cove (1.5 km), Gorguette Beach (1.5 km), and Portissol Cove (2 km), as well as large sandy beaches 2.5 km away.

Sanary town center, 2.5 km away, offers a lively pedestrian port with restaurants, bars, and a daily food market, not to mention the large Wednesday clothing market.

A bus stop at the bottom of the cul-de-sac serves Sanary, Six-Fours, and the Sanary and Toulon train stations, making your travels easy.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, delicious restaurants, and pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you're guaranteed a great vacation whatever the season! Numerous sea excursions depart from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) as well as the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
