"We had to stop and cancel our stay after 2 days. The rooms were very dirty. There was a smell of smoke. Smoke sensors were covered up by plastic bags. The bathroom was in a bad condition. The floor tiles could be lifted up and there was moist/water below. We complained and got a new room. But similar issues. Here there was no fridge and micro. We had to file an additional compliant regarding the dirty and used bed clothes. We picked up fresh sets from the laundry and we fixed it. But after this...

"Great hotel in Eastlake. Hotel is always clean and the breakfast buffet is always good. We keep coming back here every year."

"Muy buena la ubicacion familiar 100"

"The issue is that the AC unit was loud and that curtains would not completely block out the light from the outside. I tried all night to get curtains to stay completely closed but was unsuccessful. A bit pricey for not being able to sleep well during the stay due to the mentioned issues."

"Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y me encanta por su ubicación, limpieza y habitaciones grandes y espaciosas y su decoración."

"Ok internet."

"La ubicación"

"Hotellet er slidt. Men de er vist i gang med en opgradering. Morgenmaden er elendig. Især for allergikere. Der er intet til mælkeallergikere og de kigger mærkeligt på en når man fortæller det."

"Nice"

"The property the staff and all the amenities were exceptional and well thought out. The one surprise I had was that they charge for parking on a daily basis ...Hmmm I wonder why ? The pet fee I was expecting but a flat pet fee of $75 and we only stayed two days. Makes me wonder if you can charge a daily fee for parking why not do the same for a pet fee. Otherwise I love this hotel and will stay there on my visits to San Diego. Minus my pet ha ha .. Thanx"
