It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est.The ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The residence has free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (therefore our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's swimming pool with sea view.

In the village there is a small square with 2 bars, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food mini-market.

You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park.
