The apartment Molara with its unique pool landscape and sea view is located in the east of Sardinia, only 4 km from the famous beach Cala Brandinchi (9 minutes by car). The apartment has a nice living room with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. On the spacious, covered terrace, you can spend relaxing hours on the comfortable lounge chairs with a view of the sea. Additional amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and satellite TV. Outside the apartment, you will find a shared garden with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and sun loungers. This is the perfect place to end a long summer day with a cocktail. The nearest beach, Lu Impostu, is just a 9-minute drive away (4,5 km). Here you will also find restaurants. The nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute drive (1 km) from the accommodation.



Parking is available on the property and on the road.

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.

The pool and jacuzzi are available from 9:00 - 20:00.

If additional guests wish to stay in the apartment, this must be agreed upon with the homeowner in advance.

If the rubbish is not separated according to the indicated rules, this may result in a deduction from the deposit.
