Apartment 'Ginepri' with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Part of a small residence, the Ginepri apartment is located on a corner and is partially below ground level. It features a living room with sofa, a functional kitchenette, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed—and a bathroom. The maximum capacity is three guests. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom, cable TV, and a crib available for an extra fee. Outside, you will find a garden and a private veranda, perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a meal, or ending the evening with an aperitif.



You also have access to a pool, shared with four other units and beautifully lit at night. In the village of Monte Petrosu, a 6-minute drive (2.9 km) away, you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. The natural beach of Punta Molara is just 600 meters away, while other beaches can be reached within a 15-minute drive. Cala Ginepro is 600 meters away (6 minutes on foot or 2 by car), Cala Girgolu is 3.5 km (6 minutes by car). The beaches Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and Porto Taverna are 5 km away. La Cinta di San Teodoro is 8 km (10 minutes by car), and the center of San Teodoro (9 km, 15 minutes by car) offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and lively nightlife for all ages.



Please note: ceiling height is lower than 2.15 meters. The pool is open from May 22 to September 30. Bed linens, towels, air conditioning, and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. Included: exclusive unlimited Wi-Fi, water, cooking gas, and one private parking space. A car or motorbike is essential. Wi-Fi signal is optimal outdoors but may be weaker indoors.
