The apartment with its unique pool landscape and sea view is located in the east of Sardinia, only 4 km from the famous beach Cala Brandinchi (9 minutes by car). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On the spacious, private terrace (covered), you can spend relaxing hours in the comfortable lounge chairs and at the large dining table. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and a satellite TV. Outside the apartment, guests you find a garden with a spacious pool area with a jacuzzi and sun loungers. This is the perfect place to end a long summer day with a cocktail. The nearest beach, Lu Impostu, is just a 9-minute drive away (4,5 km). Here you will also find restaurants. The nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute drive (1 km) from the accommodation.



Parking is available on the property and on the road.

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.

The pool and jacuzzi are available from 9:00 - 20:00.

If additional guests wish to stay in the apartment, this must be agreed upon with the homeowner in advance.

If the rubbish is not separated according to the indicated rules, this may result in a deduction from the deposit.
