Occupancy: Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight on the property.
The maximum occupancy listed in your reservation may not be exceeded at any time without prior written approval. Day visitors are permitted only with advance approval from management.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighboring properties and keep music, conversations, and gatherings at reasonable levels. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.

Pool & Outdoor Areas: Use of the pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool area. Please return outdoor furniture to its original location after use.

Safety: Guests assume responsibility for their own safety while using the pool, balconies, stairs, terraces, and outdoor spaces. Please exercise caution on wet surfaces. Do not climb on railings, walls, or furniture.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never discard them on the property grounds.

Pets: Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing prior to arrival.

Property Care: Please treat the home, furnishings, décor, and amenities with care.
Do not move large furniture between rooms. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may result in additional charges.

Air Conditioning: Please turn off air conditioning units when doors and windows are open or when leaving the property for extended periods. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.

Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Ownership and management are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

Parking: Please park only in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways or access roads.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times are outlined in your reservation confirmation.
Late departures may result in additional charges if they interfere with cleaning or incoming guests.
