"Do not stay here.
Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird.
They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult.
This was also the middle of their high season so there...

"Very quiet, peaceful and safe. The appartment we had was spacious and super clean. Staff (security and reception) were very nice and polite. Would definitely come back!"

"Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue.
Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel"

"Trate de contactar al hotel porque hubo un accidente en la ruta y nos fue imposible llegar.
