"Clean large room, lovely breakfast on the terrace and staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is very central in perfect location even for parking on the street. THe personnel are very service minded compared to other Italian hotels, both in reception and in the breakfast room that had plenty of kind staff keeping it filled and clean. The breakfast is really something! It has hot and cold healthy food as well as fresh delicious fruit, the best I had in my travel in Italy. I moved from a single room based behind the escalator as it was noisy in the night, also was waked by...

"Nice spacy, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice big refrigerator and ability to cook at the place (we didn't). Friendly hostess, but no presence during check-in. Breakfast ok - brought to the room. Location close to city center. "

"Nice and friendly ambience. Staff are nice but they only work from 7am till a certain time at night. Maybe the fluorescent lights can be replaced with warm lights in the rooms for better ambience. You can't use the kitchen as it's reserved for staff but you can use a water boiler and microwave in the communal space."

"I was very pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of the property! - Easy walk to both the train station & the port (if you don’t have too much luggage). It was very close to many restaurants & shopping - and we were given recommendations for places to eat that were great! The staff was SO helpful with arranging a nearly morning taxi & with communication after we had left an item in the room. Would stay here again!"

"God beliggendhed. God restuarant på stedet. Venligt personale"

"Prijs / kwaliteit is redelijk. Vooral 's morgens vroeg. Medio oktober was de airconditioning al centraal uitgeschakeld...

"Fantastic host, would absolutely stay again Great stay from start to finish. The host let us check in early, which made a big difference after travelling, and he was really helpful with directions on how to get to the place. When we arrived he sorted out everything we needed straight away. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. There were a couple of very minor things, but I mentioned them and he handled it immediately — no fuss at all. That kind of response is exactly what you want...

"okay "

"They put us in the hotel across from them in a very old, sad looking room. Very disappointed as it was not the same as we booked. I don't know if this is a recurring thing or we just were unlucky but I would not trust them."

"Excellent breakfast and very helpful and polite staff. Clean and functional common areas and rooms. Great location close to all services and yet along a quiet little street. The negative was the window views of our room, which were on the opposite wall."
