  • This charming private cottage in the hills of San Pablo is a great choice for guests looking for a cozy retreat. With essential amenities of Wifi, Roku TV, comfy expandable bed with storage and linens, this lovely cottage offers a quiet place to relax. Sit on the garden bench and watch the sunset over Mount Tamalpais or open the French doors to view the garden.

    The cottage kitchenette offers a refrigerator, microwave oven, IKEA induction cook plate with cookware, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster, and French press coffee maker. For your comfort: complimentary coffee, tea, and basic pantry items, along with iPhone chargers, hair dryer, bathrobes, bidet, iron, ironing board, heater, air conditioner, and umbrella. For your safety are included carbon monoxide detector/smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

    Due to high utility costs, additional appliances require prior approval.

    Tucked into the back of the property, you’ll have lighted side gate access and your own parking space in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

    Conveniently located near Wildcat Canyon – great hiking! - with an amazing view of the Bay, easy on/off from the freeway, and close to local shops: Raley’s, Natural Grocery Store, Grocery Outlet, Safeway, and Costco.

    The cottage is 12 miles to UC Berkeley, 25 miles to Oakland Airport, 33 miles to the San Francisco airport, 21 miles to downtown San Francisco.

The little cottage we're so clean and tidy her garden is so cozy and beautiful. Georgina was so nice and shops are close by. We had a great stay there.

The cottage was very clean and Georgina was a charming host and welcoming. It was quiet and air conditioned and the amenities were great. Attention to guest comfort was at the top of the list.

Loved my time in the garden cottage! It was beautiful, clean, and super-comfy. Great place to work from and/or lounge on the bed/couch and watch movies. Garden is awesome. Georgina is kind and interesting to talk to...and my first night there, offered me the most delicious gourmet-level-good pizza she and her son made from their new pizza oven. Five stars all around!

The CUTEST cottage! The AC was perfect on the hotter days, the bed an pillows were comfy, and we enoyed making coffee in the french press every morning, too. The shower had good watwr pressure, amd no lack of plush towels. Everything was just right. Even their sweet pup had the best manners! The little path to the cottage was so nice through Georgina's beautiful garden.

Really lovely spot to work remotely for a few days. View of the garden from the desk and bed made it feel like a cozy hideaway. Georgina is a thoughtful host, and Charlotte (her pup) was a delightful visitor during my stay.

Beautiful, cozy, clean, and home-y space from a lovely host! My wife and I stayed for just a couple days as an artists retreat to sketch and relax, get away from the city and work on some art projects. This is a cute cottage in an informal and inviting yard. Georgina greeted us and was so nice and friendly. Her dog, Charlotte, was sweet and quiet and no problem at all. We had what we needed to make very simple meals and, really, that’s ideal when you’re on vacation. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was free, there was an AC unit (which we didn’t need) and a space heater (which we did one morning). There’s a privacy screen for the bathroom and plenty of storage space.

peace and quiet

Plenty of relaxation, amenities and the area is nice and quiet. My stay was stress free and I felt very welcomed. The host is friendly as I could always reach her. Also, nearby restaurants and grocery store made it very convenient.

Cottage is small, just one room, but we had everything we needed. Georgina is friendly and available but not intrusive. Stayed a couple of nights. It was restful and private.

My partner and I loved this little cottage for our roadtrip to the Bay! Georgina’s space was so nice and clean, she had the sweetest animals, and a beautiful view of the SF skyline from her driveway! It was perfect for what we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I just finished a three week West Coast trip and this property was by far our favorite. Not only is the view from the cottage/house amazing, but the attention to detail was beyond compare. You can tell by everything that is provided that the owner is well traveled and wants you as a guest to feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

The most wonderful stay.

My stay at Georgina's cottage was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and peaceful! The experience was possibly the best I've had while renting a temporary vacation home. It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay. Five stars, wish I could give more!

The owner was very accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and even went out of her way to get us new pillows to match the ones we are used to at home. The place was comfortable, but small with only a small sink in the kitchenette and none in the bathroom. The off street parking was a plus.

Such a lovely little cottage tucked away in the most beautiful and well tended garden. The host is very friendly, welcoming, and has excellent taste! We were very comfortable, she went out of her way to make us feel at home with sweet little touches like organic half and half for the French press coffee and a perfectly ripe avocado. Charlotte the dog was a welcome bonus.
