My room was immaculate, the bathroom had all new and modern toilet sink, and shower. Along with an abundance of HOT water. Breakfast at the little restaurant next door was fresh and YUMMY. If I ever find myself in Ecuador again, Riobamba, I will stay at Hotel Montecarlo Riobamba again.

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Me pareció una estadía segura, cómoda y confortable. Me gustaría destacar que es necesario avisar si se lleva carro para reservar un puesto en el parqueo, ya que, una vez guardado, no se puede sacar hasta el día siguiente. Sin embargo, también es posible estacionarlo afuera sin inconvenientes, ya que los alrededores son muy seguros y cuentan con cámaras de vigilancia. Fue una experiencia agradable."

Modern style cabins with beautiful rustic location at the top of a picturesque mountain, from where you have an amazing view of the city both at day and night. Delicious homemade food, the warmest people, with high standard of quality and hospitality. The cabins have chimneys and the staff will set the fire for you if you need it. Awesome stay. I will definitely remember this cozy cabin forever! "

"Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!"
