"We had a wonderful stay at the Faranda Collection Hotel. From the welcome, the receptionist and all the staff made our stay comfortable, they were extremely helpful in guiding regarding tourist activities, transportation. The room was super modern, beds very comfortable, bathroom area was clean. The rooftop bar and pool is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the BEST feature. Looking forward to come back soon. "

- La taza del inodoro estaba incómoda, ladeada y al sentarse se sentía el desnivel

I am amazed that Expedia had the nerve to list it and offered a limited number of pictures to fully evaluate the condition of the hotel. I trusted Expedia to provide a suitable room but I can see that they are more interested in their commission than their clients. "
