The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, which made getting around incredibly convenient. It’s definitely one of the biggest highlights of staying here. The staff also stood out in a positive way, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed.
That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One inconvenience was having to request a hair dryer or clothing iron each time and leave an ID until returning it. It would be much more convenient if these items were readily available in the room. Additionally, the cleanliness could be better, the room would benefit from a more thorough, deep cleaning. The room itself also feels a bit worn and could use some remodeling, as there were broken tiles on both the floor and walls.
Overall, while the location and staff make for a pleasant stay, improvements in room upkeep and amenities would greatly enhance the experience.
