    Nestled in a peaceful and exclusive setting, this stunning 300-square-meter villa is the ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation with family, friends, or colleagues. With its spacious indoor and outdoor areas, views of the Atlantic Ocean, and capacity to accommodate up to 18 people, the property is the perfect choice for groups, celebrations, business trips, and relaxing vacations.

    The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as an additional shared restroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.

    The panoramic terraces on the first floor offer a wonderful view of the ocean, creating the perfect atmosphere for breakfast in the sun, an aperitif at sunset, or simply relaxing while admiring the scenery.

    Outside, you’ll find a large private garden with a pool, outdoor shower, bar area, barbecue, and ping-pong table. The pool can be heated during the cooler months (October through March), allowing you to enjoy the water year-round.

    The interiors have been designed for comfort and functionality: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home.

    The villa’s strategic location makes it easy to reach the island’s main attractions. Tenerife South Reina Sofía International Airport is just 9 km away, making arrivals and departures extremely convenient.

I took 14 family members to this beautiful villa, it was better than described in my opinion, the host Lorenzo was so helpful and accommodating, the pool is heated and was really clean, we will definitely be coming back Peter

Fantastic place to stay, we had a lovely time in this villa. Lovely little marina, with restaurant and shops nearby and only a 15minute uber if you want a busy nightlife. Would recommend!

Lorenzo was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. He made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing water in the villa. There was 12 of us here so having the lock box for entry was really handy.The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

We had an excellent stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it.Everything was as expected – great quality for the price, very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you might need (only a garlic press and cheese grater were missing, but that’s a very minor detail).We especially loved the heated swimming pool – we paid extra for it, and it was absolutely worth it. The outdoor space is fantastic, with plenty of room on the terrace to relax and enjoy meals together.There is no separate indoor living room or lounge area, just a large kitchen with a big table, but for us that wasn’t an issue thanks to the spacious outdoor areas.Parking was easy – we had three cars between three families and had no problems at all. The villa is not within short walking distance to town, so a car is very useful.One small thing to note: the balcony doors on the top floor don’t fully close, but each room has its own key, so it still felt secure when everyone was out.Overall, a really enjoyable stay – comfortable, well-equipped, and great value. We would happily come back.
