If you are looking for a self-catering apartment with a quiet location, where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and enjoy stunning open views of the lush palm trees, golf course fairways and then finish the day with gorgeous sunsets in the evening, then this is the apartment for you! The views are lovely over the golf course as the apartment faces west, so there will be many wonderful sunsets. Fully furnished with everything you need. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

The larger than average living and dining area are appointed with two sofas, a coffee table, 40-inch flat screen television (over 40 TV and radio channels), a glass dining table and 4 chairs. Air con (Chargeable) There are also large patio doors leading to terrace with beautiful golf course views. The terrace nicely tiled and is not overlooked by neighbouring apartments. The terrace has 2 sunbeds and table with 4 chairs. The newly refurbished well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and an oven. The utility area is complete with a washing machine.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a window with shutters with views of gardens and a ceiling fan. A door leads to the en-suite bathroom with a wonderful rain shower.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, windows with shutters and views of gardens.
Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Air-Conditioning is available at an extra cost of €5.00 per day.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
