The living area (independent Lamia), located near the pool, is a modern stone lamia with a living room, indoor dining area, a lounge with TV corner, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Private Saltwater Pool and Outdoor Areas: The fully fenced garden, dotted with ancient olive trees and dry-stone walls, surrounds outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. The exclusive pool (10x4m, constant depth 1.5m), sanitized with salt, is in a private setting. Wide submerged steps allow easy access, and the sunbathing area in Apulian stone is equipped with loungers.
