This charming accommodation offers a private garden with fireplace, a bright living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower box, and a lovely terrace. A/C and one uncovered parking space per booking are also provided for your comfort. Beach distance: 650mt. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services
