The residence is a seafront building, with not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators, located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.
