Cosy studio with well-divided zones for day and night, located in a residence with pool. It comes with a living area with a double sofa bed, functional kitchenette and a large balcony with table for outdoor dining. In the sleeping area there are two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. The apartment is well equipped with Tv, safe, microwave, washing machine and air conditioning. There are an elevator and parking space available.

° Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,15eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay

-1 pet allowed, only on request: 20eur pet/stay

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
