Three-level house situated in a quiet residential complex where guests can enjoy a shared pool with solarium, common garden and barbecue areas. The space can accommodate up to eight guests. The basement is composed of a private garage (one parking space), a convenient bathroom with shower, and a storage room. The mezzanine floor consists of a bright kitchen with a dining area, a living room with two single sofa beds, and a charming porch with a fireplace and direct access to the garden. The first floor is composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a large bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, plus two covered balconies. The house comes with a washing machine, heating, A/C, TV-sat, microwave, american coffee machine, and safe. Beach distance: 1.5km
