Elegant and charming newly built Residence, completely enclosed, divided from the beach by a 80 m luxuriant mediterranean wood. The beach, reachable through a comfortable pedestrian way, is provided with every kind of service and all apartments are furnished with sun umbrella, 1 sun chair and 1 sun bed, included in price. The shopping centre is 150 m from the Residence. The building is composed of an underground level, where are located garages with a coins laundry for guests. The apartments are on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor with loft. All levels are provided with lift.

Air conditioned 3 room apartment on the ground floor for 4-6 guests, composed of: a living-room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen corner, a complete bathroom with separate shower box and bidet, a private and fenced patio with outdoor furniture.
