In St. Martin in Passeier, the beautiful Keldererhof is situated in an idyllic, green setting with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The ground floor apartment Jaufen consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a ventilation system, underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen as well as a TV. Upon request, a baby bed can also be provided. In the outdoor area you will also find a furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a shared garden with barbecue - here you can spend relaxing hours with the whole family. A special highlight is the stable with the farm animals, where children are welcome to visit.



In the nearest village (St. Martin) you will find the following services: a newly renovated public library ( a 5-minute walk), a bicycle rental (a 3-minute walk), 2 playgrounds (the nearest is a 10-minute walk away), a bakery (a 10-15-minute walk), a butcher (a 10-15-minute walk), 3 grocery stores (a 10-15-minute walk), tennis courts (covered and heated in winter) 10-minute walk away - please note that these shops are closed on Sundays. If you want to shop on Sunday, you must go to Merano (20 km away). The ski run from Ratschings/Jaufen are about a 30 minute bus ride away. You can take the bus from the bus stop, which is 10 minutes walk from the object. The ski slope of Felders (small and very suitable for children) is also accessible by bus, which departs every 60 minutes. From the property you can see the "Malerhaus", which is reminiscent of an art school for baroque frescoes and facade painting, which has created its works all over Tyrol. This monument is located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport to Merano departs every 30 minutes. A paragliding facility is only a 15-minute drive away.
