"Unfortunately we have not been satisfied with the accomodation: - overall not clean / spiders - very old, incomplete and dirty dishes / pots which made it almost impossible to cook - very old and partially broken househould appliances - extremely high price for using the washing machine: aprox 10€ for one load!!! This is robbery - very uncomfortable beds and even worse all matraces are wrapped in plastic ! - one bathroom could not be used as appearently water pipe was broken - extremely loud...

"Bad wifi in room in most areas of the hotel. They advertised on Booking. com that many languages ​​were spoken at the reception. However, all employees at the hotel only spoke Spanish. Hence, difficult to ask for advice and receive good service that you would expect from a hotel at this level. All in all we expected more from this hotel at that price. "
