I chose this property because of the free parking and free breakfast. The check-in process was confusing because there was no communication as to where we should park. There was parking right next-door so that’s where we pulled in as it turned out that is not the correct parking and we had to pay to park to get out of that lot. The parking was two blocks down the street and across the major Road. Once we did get our suitcases in the hotel, we realize there was no elevator and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Checking in there was a problem with the Wi-Fi and it was suggested that we go to the bank to take out money to pay for the room. We waited a few minutes and then the Wi-Fi started working so we could finish the check-in process. The breakfast was not at the hotel. We had to walk two blocks one way and around the corner to find the restaurant that offered the free breakfast, which was also a little confusing.
The hotel itself and the room was very clean and beautiful.
