Included in the open kitchen space is the dining room, with direct ocean & beach views from the table which has seating for 8. Just off the kitchen and dining space is the Primary Bedroom Suite with a king bed, 55-inch Smart-TV (cable channels via app), small desk, clothes dresser, and an ensuite bath with walk-in spa-therapy shower, vanity, and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, chest of drawers, slider to an outdoor seating area, and Smart-TV (cable channels via app). Second bathroom has a combination jetted tub & shower, and is in the hall across from the laundry room, which has a full-size clothes washer and dryer. The third bedroom is located near the front door and the kitchen, is furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, and small desk, also has a slider to the outside sitting area, a Smart-TV (cable channels via app) and a DVD player.
