Hotel i San Juan, Mérida

"Bien"

"Great staff"

"Todo bien"

"Dejligt sted og søde og venlige ansatte. Vi nød vores korte ophold. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Panamericana. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a great location within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and the beautiful historic center of Mérida. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day. The pool was quite busy with children during our first couple of days, with a lot of noise and ball games, but fortunately it became much quieter towards the end of our stay, and we really enjoyed relaxing...

"The rooms were decent, and the pool was very nice. However, our experience with the restaurant staff was disappointing. Throughout our stay, we had the impression that guests were treated differently. Our room was booked under my name and included a breakfast credit. One morning, my husband went to breakfast alone, as I was not having breakfast that day. The restaurant staff repeatedly questioned him about where I was and whether I would be joining him, making him feel extremely uncomfortable,...

"M e encanta Ibis exclentes hoteles"

"We had a lovely stay and the staff were awesome! They were very helpful with my husband's disability and even gave us a shower chair without us having to ask for it! The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. The only problem we had was will the wifi. The signal was weak and kept going out. I was only able to work using my cell hotspot. Otherwise, all was good."

"Ja"
