"Wow, I cannot say enough about my wife's and my stay, and it's rare for me to write a review (good or bad) for any property. The host is clearly a student of human behavior and accommodated our needs in unexpected, and most pleasing ways. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and home-cooked by the host, and his recommendations for local restaurants were impeccable. "Our stay was great. Very peaceful. A little more communication about check-in and check-out would have been helpful as there are few staff on site. The breakfast was yummy, which is only available in July and August. The room was clean but smelled a little stale, a little like cigarette smoke when fan wasn’t running. There is no air conditioning."
