Important Before Arrival – Mandatory Online Check-In: All guests must complete a mandatory online check-in and submit a valid government-issued photo ID for each guest through the booking platform prior to arrival. This step is required before check-in details and access instructions are released. Failure to complete this process may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission.

Security Deposit: A refundable $1,000 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages, rule violations, or additional charges are identified.
Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Pre-arranged late checkout (12 PM) may be available for $50 if scheduled in advance. Unauthorized late departure will incur a $150 per hour charge due to cleaning schedules. Early check-in may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Starter Supplies: Basic toiletries, dish soap, dish sponge, paper goods, and 2 towels per guest are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for extended stays.
House Rules: No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies for violations. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or loud gatherings. Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed. Exceeding occupancy may result in cancellation without refund. No subletting permitted. Do not hang towels from windows ($100 fine may apply). Food must be consumed at dining areas only to prevent linen damage. Stained linens or towels will be charged. Do not cut directly on kitchen counters. Avoid staining surfaces (wine, oils, etc.). Coasters and trays are provided to protect furniture; damage due to negligence will be charged. Excessive cleaning will be billed at $75 per hour. All chargeable items will be processed through the booking platform. Under no circumstances will consumed nights be refunded.
If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel remaining unused nights for a refund of those unused nights only. The host is not responsible for alternative accommodation or transportation expenses.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am Pre-arranged late checkout for noon is available for a fee of $50.00 as long as we can accommodate this. If this is not pre-arranged and agreed on, there is a 150.00 hour charge if you vacate after 11 am because the cleaning staff have very tight turnover schedules and this will cause a great deal of problems. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Condado Lagoon Villas is a no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana smoking building. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Any eating should take place at the table with two chairs, not on the bed to avoid stains in the linens. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. The kitchen counter is laminate and will stain or become ruined if cut on. Organic materials that stain, such as wine, will stain the counter if they are not wiped up quickly. The wall mounted night stands will become damaged if water or ice is left to sit on them. Trays and coasters are provided to protect against this. If damaged due to negligence, the cost of replacement will be charged against the guest. Early check in will be quoted privately. If there is excessive cleaning required, the hourly rate is 75.00. All chargeable event will be requested through airbnb. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
