Me and my mom enjoyed our stay.! The studio was clean and was equipped with essentials. The pool was refreshing and clean... the beach is right in the back if you prefer the ocean. 15 min walk to restaurants. The food was amazing! Honestly 10 out of 10.

Great area, clean, easy to communicate with host.A little smaller than expected but not an issue. We had a great time here! Great location for local beach, small local shops, and local cafes and restaurants.

The studio was very clean inside. The building was run down and old. The parking area isn’t secure. The sheets were cleaned. Alice was excellent, she always answered my texts and calls. The WiFi password was complicated and it was difficult to connect, hence, we couldn’t connect to the internet. The check in process is difficult. The area was great one block from the beach.

Secure Building, Steps to Beach, Chic Decor

This rental was exceptionally clean with many amenities and parking. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are steps away. Centrally located from all tourist locations.

Great apartment

Great apartment, very clean and beautiful. The host surprised us with a bottle or wine and nice relaxing music when we entered the place (very pleasant surprise especially that it was our wedding anniversary trip). Highly recommend this place!

Island getaway

Great studio, clean, cozy and near restaurants and bars. Alice always had good communication with me and check in and out process was very swift. 100 % recommended

Cutest…

I stayed with my two teenaged granddaughters. We loved the cute decor and the attention to detail. The place had everything we needed. The location is central to everything in San Juan. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our rental car was broken into and vandalized. No one’s fault, big city issues. Would definitely stay here again. Ubers are inexpensive and very convenient. Thanks Alice!

This property was generally as described in the listing and worked well for our short stay. The room was clean overall and had a cute, cozy feel to it.That said, the unit is beginning to show some wear and tear. There was noticeable paint peeling in the bathtub, and some of the finish was coming off the sink fixtures as well. None of these issues affected our ability to stay comfortably, but they did make the space feel a bit more worn than the photos suggested.One nice touch was finding a few leftover travel essentials in the closet, including aloe, shampoo, and bug spray, which could be helpful for guests who may have forgotten something or are traveling light.Overall, it’s a decent option for a brief stay, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring, but the property could benefit from some cosmetic updates and maintenance.About a 15-20 minute walk to Ocean Park or Condado!

Ok stay, but noisy area

Property manager was responsive and the studio was clean. But there were problems with hot water reliability, and it was noisy with cars blasting music and revving engines. This unit faces a big road, so we got a full blast of the noise. Good for a budget stay, but bring earplugs.

The room itself was clean and very cute. The property was half a block away from the ocean and several restaurants within a few blocks in either direction. We were able to walk to Condado area- it was a walk but we enjoyed and was a populated, safe area to walk. The pool was in bad shape, I understand why no picture was added to the listing but my mistake in booking last minute that I didn’t notice a picture wasn’t included. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our key in one of the elevators so spent several hours over the course of our stay waiting for the elevator that worked with the key to be called to our floor. The property owner said it was a new key and she would let management know so hopefully no one else has this issue. If you are planning to do laundry, bring quarters and know that laundry is not in the unit but on the main floor.

Staying close to family

We decided to book this apt for our latest trip in order to be close to family. This studio apartment did not disappoint. For us, it was perfectly located walking distance from my sister and mother, but other visitors will also appreciate being steps away from the beach. There are also many awesome places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. La calle Loiza is one block away where you can walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops. The building is safe, clean and parking although not guaranteed, was ALWAYS available. The pool was not the most beautiful pool but it was always warm and my six year old did not want to leave once he was in it. The studio itself was superb clean and cozy and beautifully decorated. Alice was always a phone call pr text away and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place.

Alice is a gem

The property was clean and cute. Alice was spectacular and very responsive to ensure we got in and settled at 1am. Alice was always very responsive and helpful and kind. Thanks again Alice!
