Welcome to Paradis — Your Luxury Escape in San Juan

Paradis is a French art deco–inspired luxury apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, located in the most sought-after area of San Juan. From every corner — and especially the balcony — you’ll enjoy stunning, ever-present ocean views in a space designed for relaxation and comfort.

Even the shower was thoughtfully designed to allow you to take in the view while ensuring complete privacy.

Step outside and you’re just a short stroll or quick ride away from many of San Juan’s top attractions: paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming in the Condado Lagoon; sunbathing at the beach; exploring the colorful streets of Old San Juan; relaxing at La Ventana al Mar; or dining and dancing the night away. My husband and I recently stayed at Rene's property twice within two weeks. We were cruising out of San Juan arriving three days prior for stay one and then again for three days post cruise. The apartment was spotless and as shown and described. Rene was extremely accommodating with an early arrival and what would have been a later departure.Communication with Rene was very prompt and easy and he was appropriately attentive. We would have no qualms staying on a future visit and recommend to anyone. We felt safe walking the area including at night. We did not rent a car and so that did mean Uber rides into Old San Juan, but the money saved staying in Condado made it worth it. Plus the area is quite happening with plenty of good and authentic restaurants in the area. We only had to do a little shopping for so few days, but there is a Supermax within a very short drive that will meet all your needs. Immediately across the street is Havana Bar & Grill which was perfect at the end of a travel day with excellent food (make a reservation with a request for window seating). The balcony for the apartment is larger than many I've stayed in before and the perfect place to start and end your day with an ocean view. Trust me, you will not regret your stay. Location, wonderful host, beautifully appointed apartment and flexibility when possible are all things that allow you to ease into your vacation.Thank you, Rene, for sharing your apartment with us.Holly & Troy

This is an amazing property. The location is a10. The amenities of the property werenas specified, property clanliness, the picturesof the property don't do it justice. It looks better in person. The owner was great. If i am back in the area this is where i e intend on staying.

Where do I start, this was one of the best stays ever! The host was attentive and concern. He made himself available all hours all the night (happy we didn’t need him). Instructions were detailed. Condon was very clean, sheets, towels everything clean. Floors and shower clean. I felt very safe as well. I will be here every time in Puerto Rico!

The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with items we needed to prepare some meals. Loved the décor- beautiful unique artwork. Rene our host was helpful and quick to respond to our messages. Apt is located on a busy avenue in the thick of the tourist area so most everything was within walking distance. We rented a car and always had a parking spot available. The ocean was across the street and loved hearing the waves crash. The air conditioning was perfect. Building was secure and always felt safe walking about town. Very loud road work crews and garbage collection started at 6:45am every day. They were working on sidewalks across the street - finished the day we left so hopefully it’s not this noisy all the time. Bring ear plugs. We purchased beach chairs and an umbrella at Walmart for 70. Would be nice if came with the apt. We left them there for others to use. Cost 35 per day to rent 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach. Over all we had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to return!

Excellent location with parking if you need it. Two beaches are a few minutes away in either direction by foot as well as a number of restaurants and bars. Old San Juan is a short car ride or scooter ride away. The luxurious description of the apartment is 100% accurate. Host was great and very accommodating.

Immaculate, Modern and Comfortable! We just spent two weeks at Paradis and had an excellent time. The condo is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it is located in a central location, and is stocked with everything needed for a great stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and people. The building is secure and offers an on-site laundry room. Rene was a welcoming and informative host and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.

Wow, what a lovely apartment. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well kept, had all the items on hand and then some that guests need. The view and location is perfect. Had a great time just relaxing on the balcony watching the water. We were a quick walk from everything, mini mart, restaurants, bars, casino, water activities and the beach. This was an ideal location and the neighbors were friendly. The inside of the apartment was amazing from the floors to the decor. We love the shower, the kitchen and especially the bedroom chandeliers. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was an absolute gem. It is located on the main street with a few restaurants rights across the street. Walking distance to beaches. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony taking in the scenic view of the ocean. It was only two nights to take a cruise and I thoroughly enjoyed it. What a beautiful and comfortable stay. The unit was very clean, cool, and nicely decorated. The check in process was communicated easily to minimize delays. Rene communicates throughout the process from the time of your arrival to the point of checkout. Rene also provided points of interest to include some great dining experiences that we enjoyed. The building was quiet and friendly, location perfect on the Condado strip, and the view of the ocean was relaxing during the day. We were sad to leave this beautiful unit that made our stay in Puerto Rico feel like home. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Place/Host

Cant say enough great things about this place. Beautiful view, close to everything. Pictures do no justice at all!! Safe for families or solo travelers. You need a key to get onto the property and to get into the front door. Its modern with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean.The host is great, very accomadating and responsive

The place is exactly how its pictured online. Check in was a breeze and Rene was a delightful individual. We only stayed for the weekend this time and wanted a place we could walk to dinner and beaches and thats what we got. If we stayed longer we would have brought a day pass at one of the hotels to use the pool. Overall great place amd wonderful stay.
