Where will you sleep?

This beautiful apartment has a queen bed on the second floor and a sofa bed on the first floor.

Kitchen:

A classic kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and electric stovetop. It is equipped with basic cooking utensils.

This studio apartment has two floors. On the first floor, designed with an open-plan concept, there's a sofa that converts into a double bed, a cushioned chair, and a TV. This lovely space flows seamlessly into the kitchenette. The bathroom, with its elegant, classic style, is also located on this level. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable space with a queen-size bed. This space also has access to an outdoor balcony.

From the Airport: The Property is located just 10 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marí International Airport.

Accessibility: It's in an easily accessible area; you can walk to restaurants, the beach, bakeries, and coffee shops. You can also get around by scooter, Uber, or taxi.

It's super important that you know this beautiful apartment is part of a building where the first floor is a pizzeria (the best pizza in San Juan), the second floor has three apartments, and your apartment is on the third floor.
