Beachfront, Spacious Home, Private Luxury Pool!

"Private Beachfront Home on huge lot with direct access to the beach. New POOL!! 40 minutes from all San Juan attractions, and 35 minutes from the airport. Ample outdoor entertaining spaces including multiple dining areas, lounging areas, hammock, & chaise lounges for tanning. Also included are boogie boards, boombox, sand toys, and blender. House is fully equipped for your tropical getaway! Local attractions such as El Yunque rainforest and Carabali park are within a 15 minutes drive



On the first floor you will have a king size bedroom, a full bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 60” TV, a small sitting area, a full kitchen with most of what you’ll need, a dining table for 8 and 3 barstools at the counter. A table for 10 is outside on the patio, through the glass sliding doors.

On the upstairs level you have a living room with TV and queen sleeper sofa, a large laundry room with washer, dryer, beach towels, and supplies, a full size bathroom in the hallway, a king master bedroom with on suite bathroom, a queen size bedroom with sliding glass doors to the upper deck that has lounge chairs and sectional seating with ocean view, and lastly, a room with twin sized bunk beds.

As strange as this may seem, (but it works!) there are no stairs on the inside of the house to get to the second floor. You need to use the stairs outside in the front or the back of the house.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have access to the whole house and yard. The house is located on the beach, facing the Atlantic ocean. The water behind the house is calm, making it very pleasant for snorkeling and wading in the pools 20’ from the shore. The 4.5’ deep pool is located right by the beach. (Please keep in mind—THE POOL IS NOT FENCED IN!)

If you want to boogie board or jump waves, you can walk 10 minutes to the right along the beach to do so.



The Neighborhood:

The Nice Beach House is approximately 35 mins from the airport. Located 15 mins from the El Yunque Rainforest. Local kite surfing is a couple mins away. The Wyndham restaurants, stores, and pools are 5 mins away. The kiosks of Luquillo beach are approximately 15 mins away. Many restaurants are located there. Old San Juan is about a 40 mins drive.



Getting Around:

Please park your vehicle inside the gate, in front of the house. You only need to simply shut the gate when turning in for the night.



Other Things to Note:

Renting a vehicle for your stay is highly recommended. Taxi cabs and Uber‘s are not easily accessible from that area.

Groceries and some restaurants are within 10 minutes drive on a winding uphill and downhill road. Not preferred for pedestrians.
